• CUSD schools consist of Cupertino, Hyde, Kennedy, Lawson and Miller Middle School.
• LASD schools consist of Blach and Egan Junior High School.
• MVWSD schools consist of Crittenden and Graham Middle School.
• SSD schools consist of Columbia and Sunnyvale Middle School.

The VAL competes in five seasons through the academic school year. Each season consists of one week of tryouts, either five or six weeks of games, and then one week of playoffs. Practices and games are generally held between Monday and Thursday with Friday off (except for Wrestling). There are no tryouts/cuts for the sports of Cross Country, Wrestling and Track & Field.

• Season 2  (October - November)  Fall II  -  Wrestling,   Girls' Volleyball  
• Season 3  (December - January)  Winter  -  Boys' Volleyball,   Girls' Soccer  
• Season 4  (February - March)  Spring  -  Girls' Basketball,   Boys' Soccer  
• Season 5  (April - May)  Spring II  -  Track & Field

Each district has their own registration/enrollment process for After School Sports. Please contact your school's Athletic Director if you are unsure about the process.
